Succotash

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup hoisin Sauce
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 10oz box frozen corn
  • Coarsely chopped snow peas or sugar
  • snap peas
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Add the bell peppers and garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add the corn, snow peas , and scallions and cook for a few minutes more. Stir in 1/4 cup of the hoisin sauce and the 2 teaspoons hot sauce. Stir to combine and serve.
