Ingredients

2 c buttermilk or mix 2 T vinegar in milk
1 c boiling water over 1 c Nabisco A;; Bran or GM Fiber One
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c Crisco
2 eggs
2 1.2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 1/4 c flour
2 c Kellogs All Bran

Preparation

Step 1

Pour boiling water over bran
Cream sugar and Crisco
Add eggs and buttermilk
Mix dry and add to mix
Add bran from above
Stir in Kelloggs All Bran

Place in muffin cups
Bake 18 minutes at 350
