Ingredients
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
- 3 large chicken breasts or 6 chicken thighs
- 1 c. seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley. Dip chicken parts in soup mix, then roll chicken in stuffing mix. Place in baking dish. Pour butter over chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees for one hour. Combine the rest of the soup and milk and heat thoroughly. Pour over chicken just before serving.
