Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 6 oz. package chocolate chip
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350F. Beat sugars, margarine, vanilla and egg in med. bowl with a wooden spoon until creamy and well blended. Mix in flour, oats, soda and salt. Stir in chocolate Chips.. Drop by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
