Ingredients
- 8 Cups Cooked Potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 2/3 Cups Flour
- 8 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 5 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
- 2/3 Cups Shredded Cheese
- Garnish: Bacon, Cheese, Sour Cream, Green Onions
Preparation
Step 1
Boil cubed potatoes. Heat oil, cook onion. Add flour, stirring 1 - 2 minutes. Crumble cubes into 6 cups boiling water. Whisk into onion mixture. Bring to boil stirring. Reduce heat, simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in milk, potatoes, nutmeg, and pepper. Stir in cheese. Garnish with bacon, cheese, sour cream and green onions.
