Pulled Pork Chili

Ingredients
- 2 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth
- 2 cans (14.5 oz) chili-ready diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15.5 oz) red kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 boneless pork loin (about 2.5 lbs.)
- 1 pkg. of your favorite shredded melting cheese
- Sour Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except meat, cheese, and sour cream in slow cooker. Nestle meat down into pot (I salt and pepped mine, seared it in hot oil on stove till all sides were brown). Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or low for 7. Remove meat, shred, and return to the pot. Stir. Serve in bowls with cheese and sour cream.
