Blue Devil Cheese and Bacon Dip

Great with Hot Soft Pretzels, Celery Stalks, cut up vegi's apple slices or wheat thins!

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz whipped cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp mayo
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • Dash of Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 6 slices prepared bacon, cooked and crisp- then crumble

Preparation

Step 1

Put the cream cheese, blue cheese, sour cream, mayo, horseradish, onion, Italian seasoning and Frank's hot sauce into a food processor. Pulse until smooth.

Add the bacon crumbles and stir until thoroughly mixed, leaving some crumbs for a reserve.

Transfer to a bowl with some on top and chill for at least one hour or overnight before serving.
