Ingredients
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 1 boneless pork shoulder butt roast 3lb trimmed
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 c ketchup
- 3 T lemon juice
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T honey
- 4 t butter, melted
- 1 t ground coriander
- 1 t minced fresh gingerroot
- hamburger buns
- thinly sliced green onions

Step 1
Place onions in a 5 qt slow cooker. Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper; add to slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours until pork is tender.
Remove port and onions and cool slightly. Discard cooking juices or use for something else later. Shred pork with two forks. Return pork and onions to slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire, honey, butter, coriander and ginger. Stir into pork mixture.
Cook covered, on low 1 hr. Serve on buns and top with green onions.
