Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c cornflakes
- 1 T dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 c Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 c finely chopped pecans
- 3 T 2%milk
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 in pieces
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- Pam
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Place cornflakes, parsley and garlic powder in a blender and ground finely. Transfer to a shallow dish. Stir in bread crumbs and pecans.
Place milk in another shallow dish.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, dip in milk, then roll in crumb mixture to coat.
Place on a greased baking sheet, spritz chicken with Pam. Bake 12-16 min or until chicken is no longer pink. Turn once half way through cooking.
