Ingredients
- 4 c sliced carrots - 1 lb
- 1/4 c Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Bring carrots, dressing and honey to a boil in a sauce pan.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
Simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle with pecans.
