Brown sugar frosting

This frosting is really good on pumpkin cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter Room temperature
  • 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 cups powered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and brown sugar on high until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Gradually add powered sugar. 1/2 cup at a time. Beating well after each addition.
