Ingredients
- bread crumbs
- butter
- salt
- garlic powder
- parsley flakes
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- cod fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle bread crumbs on the bottom of a Pyrex dish.
Arrange 6-7 pats of butter on top of crumbs.
Place fillets side by side. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes, then bread crumbs, then more parsley.
Add lemon juice on top and top with 7 pats of butter.
Cover with plastic wrap and cook 20 minutes in the microwave on high.
*Can use any type of fish, except perch.
