Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1-3/4 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 15-1/4 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 4 slices of bread - broken into bite-sized pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8x8" casserole dish or baking dish and set aside.

Combine butter, sugar, eggs and salt. Cream until light.
Add milk; mix well.

Stir in pineapple, with it's juice and bread.

Mix well and pour into prepared dish. Bake for 1 hour or until thickened.

Serve hot as a side dish or chill and top with whipped cream as a dessert.
