Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter
- 1-3/4 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c milk
- 15-1/4 oz can crushed pineapple
- 4 slices of bread - broken into bite-sized pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8x8" casserole dish or baking dish and set aside.
Combine butter, sugar, eggs and salt. Cream until light.
Add milk; mix well.
Stir in pineapple, with it's juice and bread.
Mix well and pour into prepared dish. Bake for 1 hour or until thickened.
Serve hot as a side dish or chill and top with whipped cream as a dessert.
