Ingredients
- 8 Lrg. Sea Scallops - trimmed @ base of scallop
- 2 Tbs Butter - melted
- 2 cloves Garlic - minced
- 1 Shallot - chopped
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- handful Flat Leaf Parsley Leaves - chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Toss Scallops w/ melted Butter, Garlic, Shallots, Nutmeg, Salt & Pepper in a Med. bowl. Transfer to shallow casserole dish. Combine Olive Oil & Bread Crumbs. Scatter Bread Crumbs over Scallops & place in casserole dish. Bake Scallops 10 to 12 min or until Bread Crumbs are deep golden & Scallops are opaque.
