Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Tsp. Vinegar
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins
  • 1/4 Cup Pecans
  • 12 Unbaked Tart Shells

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, egg, butter, vanilla, vinegar and salt. Divide raisins and nuts between tart shells. Pour brown sugar mixture over, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 12 minutes or until puffed and bubbly.
