Pork Tenderloin with soy, ginger and lime

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fesh ginger
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, excess fat and silver skin removed

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, oil and ginger. Add porkto the marinade, turning to coat. Marinate at room temperture for 30 minutes or refrigerate up to overnight
2. Heat grill to medium low,lightly oil grates. Lift tenderloin form marinade, discard marinade. Grill, turning occassionally until an insatnt read thermometer inserted in thickest part of the pork registers 145 about 18-20 minutes. Remove form grill, tent with foil loosely, let rest 5 minutes before slicing
