Ingredients
- 1 large can LeSeur peas, drained
- 4 medium onions, sliced and sauteed in a small amount of vegetable oil
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- salt, pepper and celery salt
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until chopped, not pureed.
Add mayonnaise last.
Can be made five days ahead
