Ingredients

  • 1 large can LeSeur peas, drained
  • 4 medium onions, sliced and sauteed in a small amount of vegetable oil
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • salt, pepper and celery salt
  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until chopped, not pureed.
Add mayonnaise last.
Can be made five days ahead
