"Oreo" Cookies

• Cookie:
• 2 boxes Duncan Hines "Moist Delux" Devils Food Cake Mix
• 3/4 cup butter
• 4 eggs
• Filling:
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 2 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 1/2 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 3 ingredients well using dough hooks with an electric mixer. Dough will be very thick. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. DO NOT FLATTEN. Bake 8-19 minutes at 350 degrees or when all cookies have cracks in them.
Slam cookie sheet on top of the stove/counter to flatten even more.
Cool.
Match cookies to size and fill.
Press together like an oreo.
Keep refrigerated.
