Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C. all purpose flour
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. (1/4 oz.) dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. plus 2 Tsp. olive oil
- 3/4 C. pizza sauce
- 12 oz. mozzarella, sliced
- 1 3/4 oz. pepperoni slices (about 25 slices)
- 1/2 Tsp. dried oregano
- 1/8 Tsp. black pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven 400. Lightly grease 12x9 baking sheet. Sift flour and salt into large bowl. Stir in yeast. Make a well in the center and add olive oil and 1 C. luke yarm water. Mix until a soft dough forms. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surgace and knead for 5 minutes.
Roll out dough and press into prepared pan. Cover and allow to rest 10 minutes at room temp. then bake for 5-7 minutes.
Remove crust and spread sauce on top, leaving 3/4 inch border. Arrange cheese on top and then pepperoni. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden. About 15-20 minutes.
