Ingredients
- Ingredients for a 2 pound loaf:
- 1 3/8 cups water
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
- 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon dry milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. (Usually wet ingredients first, then dry and lastly the yeast.)
2. Select the Basic bread cycle and start machine.
