Ingredients
- 1 8oz Package Cream Cheese
- 2 20oz cans of Crushed Pineapple
- 1 10oz bag of mini marshmallows, cut in half
- 2 10oz jars of maraschino cherries without stems, drained and cut in half
- 1 8oz carton of Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Using an electric mixer; combine the cream cheese and crushed pineapple in large mixing bowl. On low speed, add the halved marshmallows and maraschino cherries. Keeping your mixer on low, blend in the topping. Spray a mold with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in mixture, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
