Ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 c Sugar
- 2 c All purpose flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c crisco
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1 c water
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/4 c cocoa powder
- 1/3 c milk
- lb powder sugar
- t vanilla
- 1 c chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 400. Sift flour and sugar into a large bowl. in sauce pan combine:butter,crisco,cocoa, and water. Bring to boil and stir until all melted. Pour over flour mixture. Stir in:eggs,buttermilk,vanilla,and soda. Pour into prepared 15X10 jelly roll pan. bake 20 minutes and top with Icing:
cook butter,cocoa,and milk low for 5 minutes. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add powdered sugar,vanilla and pecans. Beat medium speed until smooth.
