Ingredients
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 lb. top sirloin steak cut into strips 2" long
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 green onions cut into 1" long lengths
- hand full of snow peas
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 2/3 cup salted cashews
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- hot rice

Step 1
In small bowl combine; cornstarch, corn starch, sesame oil, oyster sauce, ginger, cayenne pepper, and water. In large skillet or wok; stir-fry beef in 1 Tbsp. oil. Remove and set beef aside; add remaining oil and saute onions, carrots, snow peas, cashews, and garlic. Stir cornstarch mixture and add to mixture. Bring to a boil and cook till thickened. Add the beef and stir till beef is warm. Cook rice according to pkg. directions.
