Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 11/2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 lb chucnks of roast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cans mushrooms,(save the liquid)
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup parsley

Preparation
Step 1
-saute garlic and onion in the butter
- add beef and seasoning
- in a seperate bowl combine flour, 1/2cup of mushroom liquid and soup.
- stir in flour mix, and cook over med heat for 20 mins.
- add sour cream and parley, heat and serve over noodle or rice.
