Ingredients
- 11/2 cup celery, finelychopped
- 3 cup onion, chopped
- 24 cup frozen peas and carrots.
- 24 Chicken breast, chopped
- 3 cup flour
- 6 tsp salt
- 11/2 tsp pepper
- 9 cup milk
- 11/2 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
- cook chicken and chop
-saute onion and celery, combine with chicken.
-combine flour,salt,pepper in a saucepan and heat.
-gradually stir in milk NO LUMPS. Stir until boiling and thickened.
-Add chicken broth.
-combine cream mix and veggie mix then heat till warm.
