Ingredients
- 2-3 T flour
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup stock (chicken, beef, vege, mushroom, whatever)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Make a roux with the butter and flour. Slowly add broth and milk, stirring until thickened. Add salt, pepper, and whatever other seasonings (mushrooms?) you'd like.
