fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 600 gr. fettuccine, cooked al dente
  • 1 c 35% cream
  • 1/2 c Romano cheese, grated
  • 6 tbsps. chopped parsley
  • 125 gr. butter
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

prep:
heat the cream in a small casserole over low heat. stirring constantly, allow to get hot but do not boil.
add the Romano cheese and when melted add the butter in small pieces. as soon as the butter melts, toss in the fettuccine, sprinkle salt, pepper and the Parmesan: add parsley, toss and serve.
