Enchiladas Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. Hamburger meat, browned with some salt, pepper, and garlic
• 1 lb. cheddar (or your favorite)cheese, grated
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 jar salsa
• 1 can enchilada sauce
• 1-2 chopped onions
• 1 small pkg. corn tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Cook meat, ten add soups and sauces. Cook 15 minutes. In a deep (greased) baking dish, tear 1/3 of the tortillas, then onion, cheese, and finally the meat/soup mixture. Layer until all used. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
