Ingredients
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1-1/4 cups cornmeal
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 Tbls baking powder
- 1 Tbls sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk

Step 1
Melt butter in skillet. In bowl mix cornmeal, flur, baking powder, sugar and salt, stir in egg and milk. Stir into skillet and bake 20 minutes or until brown.
