Ingredients

  • PRIME RIB SMEAR.
  • Combine the following ingredients to make a thick paste.
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Plenty of Salt
  • Pepper
  • HORSERADISH SAUCE
  • Combine the following ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 3/4 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Horseradish
  • 2 tbls. Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch of Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Smear paste all over the roast. Roast for 25 minutes. Then reduce to 350 degrees until the internal temperature is 125-130 degrees. (18-20 minutes per pound.)
