Crockpot Six Bean Medley

baked combo of six different canned beans. Can use any beans as long as one is a pork and bean or vegetarian bean in a tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 16 oz can dark red kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 16 oz can light red kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 16 oz can pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 16 oz can navy beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 16 oz can pork and beans or vegetarian beans in tomato sauce undrained
  • 1 medium onion diced small
  • 1 small green pepper diced small
  • 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine beans, onion, and pepper in 6 qt crockpot
2. Mix barbeque sauce, ketchup, mustard, molasses, worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar in bowl until combined. Pour over beans and veggies and stir to combine.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours
