- 6 eggs
- 4 (8 oz) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 can favorite fruit topping

Grease spring-form pan (9" x 3 1/4" deep). Mix eggs into softened cream cheese; then add remaining ingredients. Pour into pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour, 20 minutes.
When top is a light shade of yellow and slightly brown around the edge, the cake is done. It may shake slightly until it sets. Let cake sit in pan for 3 hours before removing. Add topping and refrigerate.
