Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup California raisins

Step 1
1. Sift flour with baking powder, salt and paprika. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Spoon into well-sprayed muffin pans. Bake at 425 F for 25 mins.
