Ingredients
- crust: cream together 1/2 cup butter,
- softened,1/2 tsp vanilla,1/4 cup sugar.
- then add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour and 3/4 cup white flour, mix well(it will be crumbly) press into bottom and 1/2"
- or more up the side of a 9" springform pan
- filling:beat until smooth 8 oz softened
- cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/2
- tsp vanilla, pour over crust.
- peach topping: 29 oz can peaches, drained, arrange around edge like sun rays and put a few in the center. combine 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

Step 1
bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, reduce heat to 375 and bake 35-45 min until filling is firm.
for fresh peaches use 5 large peeled and sprinkled with sugar and lemon juice. you can also puree fresh peaches and spread over the filling
