  • peach topping: 29 oz can peaches, drained, arrange around edge like sun rays and put a few in the center. combine 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, reduce heat to 375 and bake 35-45 min until filling is firm.

for fresh peaches use 5 large peeled and sprinkled with sugar and lemon juice. you can also puree fresh peaches and spread over the filling
