Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup Apple [9003]
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add to butter mixture,
a spoonful at a time; mix well. Stir in apples, oats, nuts and raisins.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie pan. Bake 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from pan and cool completely. Stor in airtight container as soon as cool. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
