Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Softened Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter with sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in milk (mixture will look curdled). Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Pour in liquid and stir until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries. Put into muffin cups, filling to the top. Bake at 375 F for 25 - 30 minutes or until tops are firm to the touch.
