  • 4 Tbls. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbls. mustard
  • 1 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbls. poppyseed
  • 1 Cup butter
  • 24 hamburger buns (dollar rolls)
  • 1 Lb. thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 1 Lb. provolone


Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

In saucepan, combine and melt brown sugar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, poppyseed, and butter. Fill 24 hamburger buns (dollar rolls when making an appetizer-makes more than 24) with turkey and provolone.

Place sandwiches in 9" x 13" pan, cover with sauce and foil. Let sit over night, or at least 4 hours.

Bake at 325 for 25 minutes, covered. Then 5 minutes, uncovered.
