Ingredients

  • 1- 1/3 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • handful Flat Leaf Parsley - chopped
  • 1/2 lb Blue Cheese - crumbled
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - drizzling purposes
  • Steak Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

1 Combine 1st (4) ingredients & divide meat into 4 equal amounts. When forming the patty, nestle a pile of Blue Cheese into the center of the meat, & gently form patty around cheese.
2 Brush or drizzle burgers w/ Olive Oil & grill: 6 min. on each side or until done.
