Ingredients
- 4 oz chicken, cooked
- 1 Tbs. plain greek yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbs. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbs. carrots, shredded
- 2 Tbs. onions, diced
- 1 Tbs. almonds, slivered
- Pepper & Sea salt to taste

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to chill in the fridge for half an hour if desired. serve over a bed of fresh spinach.
These salads are great for a small meal, or as a side dish for a picnic or BBQ!
