Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz chicken, cooked
  • 1 Tbs. plain greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbs. celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. carrots, shredded
  • 2 Tbs. onions, diced
  • 1 Tbs. almonds, slivered
  • Pepper & Sea salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to chill in the fridge for half an hour if desired. serve over a bed of fresh spinach.

These salads are great for a small meal, or as a side dish for a picnic or BBQ!
