Marinated Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 head Red cabbage ; sliced
  • 1 medium Onion ; sliced
  • 3/4 cup Sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put cabbage and onions in a bowl (cabbage on bottom). Boil remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage and onions.

DO NOT MIX!

Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.

Mix and serve.
