Ingredients
- 1 head Red cabbage ; sliced
- 1 medium Onion ; sliced
- 3/4 cup Sherry vinegar
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Raw sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Celery seed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Put cabbage and onions in a bowl (cabbage on bottom). Boil remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage and onions.
DO NOT MIX!
Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
Mix and serve.
