Ingredients
- 1 cup Stuffed Green Olives
- 2 Tbsp Olive Juice
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, chop olives and walnuts, in mixing bolw, with mixer, mix cream cheese, olive juice and mayo, then stir in olive and walnuts.
variations: substitue black olives (Kalamata perferred) for 1/2 the green olives. may try whipped heavy cream instead of Mayo. Pecans instead of walnuts.
note: don't over chop olives in food processor like I did! I think olive juice makes it way too salty. perhaps leave off.
