Mayo 'Blue Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3/4 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese - coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Onion - grated
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic - finely minced
  • 2 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley - chopped
  • Salt & Pepper - to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Fold the mayo & sour cream together in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in gently. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.
