Onion Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Butter
  • 2 1/2 pound Onion ; sliced
  • 1 quart Beef stock
  • 1 quart Chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • Bay leaf

Preparation

Step 1


Melt butter. Add onions and brown well. Add remaining ingredients.

Simmer 40 minutes.
