Ingredients
- 3 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups Cranberry Apple Drink
- 1/2 Cup Apple juice or cider
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1 3oz package liquid fruit pectin
Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan, combine sugr, cranberry apple drink, apple cider, cinnamon and cloves. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in pectin. Skim foam. Ladle into 4 clean, hot 8oz jelly jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Cool slightly; cover with tigh fitting lids. Let stand several hours or overnight at room temp until set. Store in refrigerator.
