Pumpkin Pie w/ Chocolate Chips

Makes Pumpkin Pie worth eating.

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz Can Pumpkin
  • 1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Semi Sweet Chips + 1/2 cup for glaze.
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 refrigerated or frozen pie crust.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Pour 1 cup chips in piecrust in piepan. In a bowl, Mix the pumpkin, EB Milk, eggs and pumpkin pie spice together. Pour over chocolate chips. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until center is set.
Melt remaining chips in a sandwich baggie. Nip off one corner and glaze top of pie after is has cooled.
