- 2 lb frozen bread dough, thawed and doubled in size
- 8 oz cheese, mozzarella and cheddar or provolone
- 14 oz pizza sauce
- 2 ea egg yolk, beaten
- other toppings desired on pizza
Preheat oven to 375. Break dough into 4 pieces and punch out into rectangles. Add sauce, cheese and toppings to ½ of dough. Roll up and pinch edges together. Place on baking sheet and use brush to spread yolk over top of bread. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
