Ingredients
- 1/4 c light brown sugar
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
- 2 lb pork shoulder/pork roast
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 c water

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 350. Combine sugar and spices. Rub into pork. Place in 5quart pot. Combine vinegar,water,garlic and pour over pork. Bake 2-2.5 hours. Shred with 2 forks and toss with pan juices. top with bbq sauce.
