Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 Tbls sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup flour
- 2-1/2 cups rhubarb
- 1-1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 Tbls flour
- 1 Tsp Lemon
- 3 egg yolks
- Merange:
- 3 Egg Whites
- 3 Tbls sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together butter, sugar, salt and flour. Pat into bottom of oblong pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350.
Mix all topping ingredients together and pour over crust. Bake 45 minutes.
Use eggs whites for merange, mix with sugar. Bake at 325 until brown.
