Ingredients

  • 2 lg onions chopped
  • 6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 (15 oz) cans cream style corn
  • 1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (12oz) bottle chili sauce
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp pepper sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Place onion in 4 qt slow cooker. Place chicken over onion. Add corn and remaining ingredients

Cook covered @ high for four hours or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken, shred and return to stew.

Use half recipe for smaller amount works well
