Strawberry Pretzel Salad

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (9 oz) pkg.. cool whip
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows



Step 1

Mix pretzels, sugar, and butter together and press into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Cream the cheese and powdered sugar, beat well. Fold in cool whip and marshmallows. Spread over cooled crust. Chill. Dissolve jello in 2 1/2 cups bowling water, and stir in 10 oz. package of frozen strawberries. Chill until slightly thick. Spread over cheese layer. Chill.
